Postbooster Terms of Service

By connecting an Instagram professional account to Postbooster, you agree
to these terms.

What the service does
Postbooster monitors comments on Instagram posts you choose to monitor and,
when a comment matches a keyword rule you configure, sends an automated
private reply or direct message on your behalf via the Instagram API.

Your responsibilities
- You must have the authority to connect the Instagram account you
  authorize.
- You are responsible for the keyword rules, message templates, and
  automated replies configured through the app, and for their compliance
  with Instagram's own platform policies and applicable law.
- You must not use the service to send unsolicited, abusive, or
  misleading messages.

Account access
You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from Settings, or by
removing the app's access directly through Instagram. Disconnecting stops
all monitoring and automated replies for that account.

Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is, without uptime guarantees. Features and
these terms may change; continued use after a change constitutes
acceptance of the update.

Limitation of liability
Postbooster is not liable for actions taken by Instagram (including
account restrictions or content removal) resulting from automated replies
sent through the service, nor for any indirect or consequential damages
arising from its use.
