01The problem
Hype peaks at the announcement. Ticket links arrive too late.
The lineup announcement is the loudest moment of your campaign, and it ends with “link in bio” and a hundred “when tickets??” comments. By on-sale day, half that energy has cooled. And you’re planning capacity on likes, which never bought a ticket.
02Three ways to use it
Posts you already make, each with a job to do.
- 1Comment TICKETS
Lineup announcement
- They get
- Presale access link before the public release.
- You learn
- Presale demand per announcement — before you commit to capacity.
- 2Comment NEXT
Aftermovie
- They get
- Waitlist sign-up for next edition.
- You learn
- How many of last year’s crowd want back in.
- 3Comment LAST
“Last tickets” reel
- They get
- The ticket link, optionally only for people who follow the event account.
- You learn
- Final-push clicks per post and new followers gained.
03How it works
Three steps, and the first one is a post you’ve already made.
- 1
Pick the post
Use your lineup or aftermovie post — it already has the attention.
- 2
They comment TICKETS
Fans comment TICKETS — “lineup”, “guestlist”, “presale” count too.
- 3
The DM does the rest
Presale access lands in their DMs, before the public link goes live.
04The flow
What your followers see.
This is the event promoters starter exactly as it’s pre-filled. Swap in your link, change the words, keep the shape. Names and the click below are examples.

05The number that matters
Presale clicks before on-sale
Postbooster tracks presale-link clicks per post and per fan. Ticket sales happen in your ticketing platform; you get the demand signal days earlier. Likes and views stay in Instagram — this is the number that tells you which posts are doing business.
06Questions
Good questions before you try it.
Is this allowed by Instagram?
Yes. Postbooster runs on Meta’s official Instagram API (Business Login for Instagram) and only messages people who commented on your post or messaged you first. It works inside Instagram’s messaging rules — private replies to comments and the messaging window that opens when someone reaches out — and sends are capped per day so your account behaves like a busy human, not a bot.
What happens if thousands of people comment at once?
Sends are capped per account per day by your plan — up to 1,000 on Max — so a spike can’t push your account into spam territory. Once the cap is reached, further sends that day are skipped, so size your plan to your biggest announcement.
Can I gate presale behind a follow?
Yes, with “follow to unlock”. It’s a fair trade for early access and grows the account you’ll announce the next edition on.
Can I send people to different ticket tiers?
Use a button for one link, or send a carousel with a card per tier or date.
Does it work with my ticketing platform?
It works with any link — Eventbrite, Dice, See Tickets, your own shop.
Try the event promoters flow on your own post.
Pick a post, keep or change the TICKETS keyword, paste your link — and the next comment gets it in their DMs.
