How much does it cost?
Current prices for Starter, Pro and Max are shown in the app when you choose a plan. You don’t need to pick one to start: the free trial runs first, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 14 days and needs only an Instagram professional account. When it ends, automation pauses until you choose a plan.
What counts as a lead?
A person who engages with one of your flows — typically by commenting your keyword. The monthly figure is the allowance each plan is sized for.
What happens if I reach my daily DM limit?
The limit is per connected account, per day. Once it’s reached, further sends that day are skipped rather than queued, so size your plan to your busiest post or launch.
Can I switch or cancel?
Yes. Switch plans or cancel from Billing in the app’s settings, through the billing portal.
Are any features locked to higher plans?
No. Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only in how many Instagram accounts you connect, the leads they’re sized for, and how many DMs each account can send per day.
