For restaurants, bars & hospitality
The dish went viral. Did the tables fill?
Ask for TABLE under the post. Guests get this week’s menu, the reservation link and your events page in their DMs — during service, when nobody has time to reply.
On your own post, in minutes. 14-day free trial, no card. Needs an Instagram professional account.
TABLE on new dish or weekend special
Workflow · version 1
01The problem
Instagram fills up at 19:00. So does the kitchen.
Your best posts get “where is this?”, “do you take bookings?” and tagged friends planning dinner — right in the middle of service. Nobody replies until tomorrow, and the group chat has already picked somewhere else. The reach turns into foot traffic by luck, not by design.
02Three ways to use it
Posts you already make, each with a job to do.
- 1Comment TABLE
New dish or weekend special
- They get
- This week’s menu, reservation link and private-dining card.
- You learn
- Which dishes and nights drive reservation clicks.
- 2Comment EVENT
Event night announcement
- They get
- Event details and the ticket or booking link.
- You learn
- Interest per event, early enough to plan staff and stock.
- 3Comment GROUP
Group or private-dining post
- They get
- Your group menu and a private-dining enquiry form.
- You learn
- How many big-table enquiries Instagram sends you.
03How it works
Three steps, and the first one is a post you’ve already made.
- 1
Pick the post
Pick a dish reel that’s already getting tagged friends.
- 2
They comment TABLE
A guest comments TABLE — “book”, “menu”, “reserve” count too.
- 3
The DM does the rest
Menu and reservation link land in their DMs, mid-service or not.
04The flow
What your followers see.
This is the restaurants & hospitality starter exactly as it’s pre-filled. Swap in your link, change the words, keep the shape. Names and the click below are examples.

05The number that matters
Reservation clicks per post
Postbooster tracks clicks on “Reserve” per post and per guest. Covers are booked in your reservation system; you see which posts send people to it. Likes and views stay in Instagram — this is the number that tells you which posts are doing business.
06Questions
Good questions before you try it.
Is this allowed by Instagram?
Yes. Postbooster runs on Meta’s official Instagram API (Business Login for Instagram) and only messages people who commented on your post or messaged you first. It works inside Instagram’s messaging rules — private replies to comments and the messaging window that opens when someone reaches out — and sends are capped per day so your account behaves like a busy human, not a bot.
Does it work with my reservation system?
Any booking link works — your own site, OpenTable, TheFork, Resy, a WhatsApp link. Postbooster tracks the click and forwards guests there.
Can I change the menu every week?
Link to a menu page you update yourself, and the DM always sends the current one. Or edit the card in Postbooster in a minute.
Will it reply to “looks delicious 😍”?
No. Only comments with your keyword (or close spellings) get a DM, so compliments stay compliments.
We have two locations.
Connect both Instagram accounts on the Pro plan (up to 3 accounts) and see them side by side.
Try the restaurants & hospitality flow on your own post.
Pick a post, keep or change the TABLE keyword, paste your link — and the next comment gets it in their DMs.
